Sales & Marketing Assistant
You will have at least 2+ years previous experience is a similar role, ideally for an IT software House / Vendor.
Educated to degree level, ideally but not essentially in a subject such as Marketing, Business Management.
A typical day as a Marketing, Sales & PR Assistant at Websure will include both digital and traditional marketing activities, working closely with the BDM and Sales team and involvement in PR campaigns.
You will be the company's sole marketing professional, but you will working directly with, and being mentored by the Company’s BDM and sales team.
You will be able to plan and carry out activities that will make a real difference across internal business functions while also enhancing the brand externally.
Support the BDM and sales team with the creation and delivery of client sales strategies
Database research and development, finding the right contacts within target businesses
Assist with lead generation
Attendance at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities on behalf of the team and our clients.
Attending sales meeting and nurturing clients
Upkeep and management of CRM systems and database management
Provide in-depth Market analysis and research to drive better strategies
Increasing reach, followers, and engagement on social media channels through effective content creation, scheduling, regular posting, and interaction.
Setting up and managing paid social and search campaigns 4. Achieve digital growth through search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisations and paid search campaigns
Content creation – writing blogs, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns and more that grab attention and achieve their intended goals
Monitor and report on digital performance (web, social, campaigns)
Create marketing broadcasts and newsletters for customer distribution
Create image and video content to support brand awareness, products, campaigns, and recruitment
Conceive new and innovative marketing messages and ways to connect with our February 2023 customers
Support, coordination and attend events with pre-sales / implementation / sales
Experience executing social media campaigns
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
Full understanding of all relevant social media platforms
Knowledge of campaign management tools
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and interest in paid advertising and marketing.
Strong presentation skills.
Sales experience is a big plus

The Client is based in Romford Essex.
The salary will be circa £25K - £30K.
