Customer Services Advisor – French Speaking
Our Client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor with at least 2 to 3 years experience of working and managing customers on the telephone.
The Company provides mobile roaming technology – so any experience in this arena would be a great asset.
The role will be to support customers in the UK, Belgium and particularly in France.
You must be able to speak, write and communicate professionally in French and English.
The candidate can be based in the UK, France or Belgium as you will be working remotely.
You will attend meetings at the company offices in London – but this will be about once a month.
This is a 1st and 2nd Line Customer Support role, where you will take calls from customers with technical problems and log them. You will assist customers with their problems.
Finally, you will be involved in training customers and ensuring that they understand how to use the mobile roaming technology.
The salary for this role will be circa £25K - £30K.
