About the Job
We are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant with at least 1 to 2 years experience.
The company is an oil and gas research company based in the City London.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
The position will involve working closely with other members of the company and assisting them with their day-to-day tasks.
Will be organising meetings, ordering computers, stationery.
Assisting with putting documents and reports together for the company.
Must have good understanding of MS Office - Word, Excel and and emails.
Ideally have a degree or A Levels although the Client will consider a bright school leaver 18 plus.
Salary will be in the range £18K - £22K depending on experience.
